Chen Jinhu, Member of the Standing Committee of the Xuzhou Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Jiangyin Municipal Party Committee, visited Lingang Development Zone this afternoon to inspect enterprises.

It was reported that this afternoon, Chen Jinhu, member of the Wuxi Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Jiangyin Municipal Party Committee, visited the Lingang Development Zone to survey local enterprises and learn about their transformation, development, and preparations for listing. Ji Jun, member of the Municipal Party Committee and Director of the Lingang Development Zone Administrative Committee, accompanied the visit.

Chen Jinhu and his delegation visited Jiangsu Yida Chemical Co., Ltd., Jiangyin Honmeng Rubber & Plastic Products Co., Ltd., and Jiangyin Zhongda Soft Plastic New Materials Co., Ltd. They held discussions with company executives, listened to reports on enterprise development—especially progress toward listing—and coordinated solutions to relevant issues on-site. Jiangsu Yida Chemical Co., Ltd. produces products widely used in paints, coatings, and automotive brake fluids, and operates a national-level postdoctoral research station. The company was listed on the “New Third Board” in August 2014 and is currently awaiting review by the CSRC for its main listing. Jiangyin Honmeng Rubber & Plastic Products Co., Ltd. is dedicated to becoming the most competitive supplier and service provider of medical consumables and medical packaging, offering over 50 products across more than 10 series. Jiangyin Zhongda Soft Plastic New Materials Co., Ltd. focuses on the development, production, and sales of soft plastic new materials, including biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) cigarette films and other multifunctional films, and has fully launched its listing plan.

During the visit, Chen Jinhu emphasized that strengthening and expanding the real economy requires leveraging capital. Lingang enterprises should closely integrate product operations, brand management, and capital operations, using company listings as an important means to gather development resources, optimize governance structures, and expand brand influence. Enterprises should seize the opportunities presented by the booming capital market, steadfastly implement their capital operation strategies, and make every effort to achieve their listing goals.
